Job summary

FlyLock Security Solutions seeks an Access Control Technician to install, service, and troubleshoot commercial access and CCTV systems at client sites. The role involves hands-on field work, hardware and software installation, and coordinating with the Office Manager or Franchise Owner.

Ideal candidates will have experience with access controls and surveillance, the ability to travel to various sites, and a commitment to security and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial access controls and CCTV required.
• Ability to diagnose and implement solutions for access control and surveillance systems.
• Ability to travel to client sites and work in the field.
• Commitment to customer service and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vans to commercial clients to Inspect, install, and service all commercial access and video systems.
• Diagnose and provide solutions with service, install and configuration of access controls, card readers, wiring, cameras, CCTV hardware and software.
• Use smartphone app and computer software to check in and collect payments from clients.
• Install, repair, and maintain Access Control Hardware and software and CCTV.
• Assist in installing locks, door hardware and doors.
