This full-time role pays $20.60 per hour and involves day shifts, routine patrols, and clear reporting. You will provide exceptional customer service while maintaining security at a technology location.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Badge access experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Must be at least 18 (unarmed) or 21+ (armed).
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific security procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries; log visitors and issue temporary access.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct patrols of entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter; report unusual conditions.
• Complete required reports and shift activity logs and communicate with site stakeholders and leadership.
