Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Background investigation will be conducted as a condition of employment.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while handling site-specific security procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, and maintain access-control logs.
• Control access for contractors, deliveries, and authorized personnel at a technology, media, and telecom location.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate where required.
