Qualifications

• Guard Card/License preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed roles
• Background check required by law
• Drug screen required where permitted by law
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required before employment

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including business spaces, entrances, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner following site procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity, reporting unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Document daily activities and patrol findings and communicate information to leadership and site contacts
