Allied Universal in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer to monitor entry points at a logistics and distribution site, verify credentials, and maintain a secure environment. You will conduct patrols, assist visitors, and support a welcoming atmosphere while upholding site policies.

The role offers part-time shifts (Thu 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM; Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and a pay rate of $19.17 per hour.

Qualifications

Customer service experience is preferred.
Guard Card/License is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Background check required by law.
Drug screen required by law.
Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers by carrying out access-control procedures and site-specific policies.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor logs.
Inspect vehicles and delivery traffic at access points to control facility access.
Respond to incidents and access-control concerns; notify site contacts as required.
Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, and perimeter; report security concerns.
