Job summary

Allied Universal in Bearden, AR is seeking a Security Officer Access Control to monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and patrol facilities. You will provide professional customer service and maintain secure environments across manufacturing and industrial sites.

The role is full-time with a pay rate of $14.25 per hour and weekly pay. Day, evening, and weekend shifts are scheduled, with strong emphasis on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security procedures.
• Monitor and control access at entry points and verify credentials.
• Respond calmly to alarms and incidents and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct patrols of access points, production areas, and perimeter.
• Maintain logs and shift documentation of visitor activity and incidents.
