Job summary

Allied Universal in Mabelvale, AR is seeking a Security Officer Identity Screening to protect clients across industries. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access and maintain a visible presence, delivering exceptional customer service while documenting security activity.

The role is full-time with a pay rate of $15.24 per hour and weekly pay. You will work a rotating schedule including nights and weekends, with a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and personnel while carrying out site-specific security procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and delivery-related authorization, maintain visitor and vehicle entry records, and report access irregularities according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, parking locations, access points, and the business perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Help to deter unauthorized access, theft, and other security-related concerns through visible presence, observation, and timely reporting.
