Job summary

Allied Universal in San Bernardino, CA is seeking a Security Officer Access Control to monitor entry points, verify credentials and provide professional customer service at a logistics site. You will manage visitors, issue badges, and respond to security concerns as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Must be 18+ (21+ for armed) and have a HS diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and security procedures at a logistics location.
• Monitor and control access, verify credentials, process visitors and contractors.
• Observe and report unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with site contacts and responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking and perimeter.
