Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Experienced Access Operations in Atlanta, GA. You will safeguard clients by managing entry points, verifying credentials, and maintaining secure access while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication.

The role is full-time with a pay rate of $17.60/hour. You will perform patrols, monitor systems, and respond calmly to incidents, supporting site operations and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check will be conducted by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by executing security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities.
• Control access by verifying credentials, monitoring entry/exit, and maintaining visitor/contractor records.
• Respond to incidents and communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to identify unauthorized activity and report concerns.
• Monitor access control systems, alarms, and related equipment and document incidents.
