Qualifications

EMT certification required.
18+ years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check as condition of employment per applicable laws.
Drug screen as condition of employment.
Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access control policies.
Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor records, and direct authorized personnel to appropriate areas.
Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unauthorized access and security concerns.
Document daily activities, access events, incidents, and observations per reporting requirements.
