Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors and drivers at a food and beverage location by carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain access logs.
• Screen and direct deliveries, contractor arrivals, and vehicle traffic according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel and document observations.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking areas and perimeters to identify concerns.
