Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and log visitors.
• Control access per site requirements and escalate unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and document observations for leadership.
• Conduct patrols to deter unauthorized activity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and direct authorized personnel and vehicles to designated areas.
• Control access to employee, contractor, driver, and delivery areas in accordance with site requirements, escalating unauthorized access attempts or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, loading zones, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
