Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Control access to the location by verifying credentials and monitoring entry/exit.
• Respond calmly to incidents and communicate with appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points, alarms, cameras, and other systems and document observations.
• Conduct regular patrols around the premises and adapt to client site conditions.
