Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• License requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access control points, verify authorization for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel, and maintain accurate records.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, parking areas, and facility perimeter.
• Communicate incidents and access activity with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
