Job summary

Allied Universal, Fort Smith, AR, is seeking a Security Officer Badge Verification to support food and beverage locations. In this role you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and maintain access-control records while delivering professional customer service.

You will conduct patrols, respond to incidents, and coordinate with site procedures. The position is full-time with a pay rate of $16.12 per hour and weekly pay, offering growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Background checks and licensing as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes and maintain access-control records.
• Screen and direct vendors, contractors, and delivery drivers per site procedures and entry requirements.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner and report unusual activity.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking areas, and perimeter spaces to deter unauthorized access.
