Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered as allowed by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by performing site-specific access control procedures and emergencies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain access records.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, following escalation and reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report access concerns and policy violations to site contacts and leadership.
