Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain access records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, structured manner per protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report access control concerns and policy violations to site contacts and leadership.
