Allied Universal in Bearden, AR is seeking a Security Officer Access Control to help safeguard clients across manufacturing and industrial locations. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access and conduct routine patrols, delivering professional customer service.

This full-time role offers weekly pay, a pay rate of $14.25 per hour, and shifts including Wed-Sun. You will contribute to a secure work environment with teamwork, integrity and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed, 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen per policy.
• Driver's license required only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and control access by verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and logging entries/exits.
• Respond to access control alarms and incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify needed personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, production areas, parking, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain logs, reports, and shift documentation of visitor activity, deliveries, and events.
