Qualifications

• Access control and badge verification experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must meet age requirements: 18+ (unarmed) / 21+ (armed).

Responsibilities

• Provide access-control procedures and respond to security-related concerns at an aerospace/defense site.
• Monitor entry/exit points and verify credentials and visitor authorizations.
• Respond calmly to incidents following escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and contractors and report concerns.
