Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Badging Technician to support onboarding, badging, and visitor management. This role handles badge requests, renewals, and revocations, and ensures accurate data entry and delivery of badges in accordance with policy.

Responsibilities

• Processes badge requests including new issues, renewals, revocations and return of inactive ID badges.
• Collects fees for replacement items and tracks them accurately.
• Reviews and processes badge and access requests and enters data into software systems.
• Formats and prints badges and arranges delivery to requestors in line with policies.
• Collaborates with onboarding teams to complete badging requests promptly.
• Supports parking permit requests and participates in audits of badges and key records.
