Job summary

Pinkerton is seeking a detail-oriented Badging Operations Coordinator in Foster City to oversee day-to-day badge distribution, access level management, and auditing. The role requires strong communication skills and meticulous record-keeping to ensure client security standards are met.

You will support new hire badge creation, maintain system profiles, and coordinate with security staff to uphold policy compliance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with two or more years in badging operations and related security.
• Experience with auditing and technology systems.
• Corporate security experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day badging operations, including badge distribution, access level management, and compliance auditing.
• Maintain administrative records and troubleshoot access control equipment to ensure operational continuity for the client.
• Answer phone calls and emails placed to the badge office in a professional manner.
• Update employee, contractor, and vendor badge access as directed while maintaining policy compliance.
• Assist in new hire orientation weekly with badge creation and distribution.
• Ensure badging supplies are in stock and equipment is functional.
• Contribute to random and semi-annual access control audit reports as required.
