Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Badging Admin in Mountain View, CA to safeguard client sites across tech and telecom sectors. The role focuses on access credentialing, badge processing, and delivering strong customer service while maintaining robust documentation and compliance.

The position is full time with a pay rate of $28.60 per hour; typical daytime schedule applies with regular shift coverage to support site operations and incident response as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of six months of prior security experience, preferably with access credentialing.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Able to assess and evaluate situations effectively.
• Identify critical issues quickly and accurately.
• Research, investigate, compile information.
• Write informatively, clearly, and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all persons and vehicles have the proper credentials to enter the site.
• Perform customer service by interacting with internal and external clients and assisting in finding resolutions of issues or concerns.

• Process badges and maintain appropriate logs regarding the issuance, return and track all associated actions.
• Monitor and regulate the daily activities to ensure compliance with site policies and procedures.
• Retain and maintain all access control documents, as well as conduct audits on access control records.
• Record and report any incidents to the Site Supervisor, Operations Manager, or Site Security Manager.
• Acknowledge and share pass down information with officers on shift.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders.
