Job summary

Allied Universal® in Mountain View, CA is hiring a Security Badging Admin to process security and access permissions for personnel requiring building access. The role supports client sites across Tech/Media/Telecom sectors and requires meticulous badge production, logs, and post-order compliance.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least six months of security-related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of six months of security experience, preferably in access credentialing.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all persons and vehicles have proper entry credentials.
• Process badges and maintain logs of issuance and returns.
• Monitor access control and assist with incident responses.
• Audit and maintain access control records.
• Assist site supervisors with daily operations and communications.
• Provide courteous customer service to internal and external clients.
