Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in health admin or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in contact centers.
• 2 years in medical field operations, scheduling, and change management.
• Epic Cadence certification and reporting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Comprehensive Access Center scheduling staff.
• Oversee centralized scheduling, pre-access, and clerical teams.
• Monitor KPIs and drive real-time process improvements.
• Coordinate with facility leaders and physicians office staff.
• Ensure HIPAA privacy and high-quality patient service.
• Lead change management and onboarding of new programs.
