Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking an experienced Comprehensive Access Center Operations Manager to lead scheduling, pre-access, and clerical staff across the department. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or Business/Management or equivalent.
• CHAM-P certification within 1 year ( provisional ).
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in healthcare or call center/ scheduling operations.
• Must have strong computer literacy and record-keeping abilities.
• Experience with Epic Cadence and reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Comprehensive Access Center staff and scheduling operations.
• Ensure accurate, timely patient scheduling and improve KPIs.
• Coordinate with physicians, staff and departments to optimize processes.
• Monitor QA/QC, training, and reporting functions.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, and resource utilization.
• Support change management and onboarding of new programs.
