Wellstar Health System in Georgia seeks an experienced Comprehensive Access Center Operations Manager to lead centralized scheduling, pre-access and clerical staff, and to drive day-to-day operations through KPI management.

The role requires strong change management, collaboration with physicians and departments, and a focus on patient access, privacy and quality outcomes across facilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in health administration, business administration, management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a contact center or similar environment.
• Minimum 2 years in medical field operations, scheduling, and change management.
• 5 years of management experience can substitute for a bachelor's degree.
• CHAM-P certification required upon hire (or within 1 year).

Responsabilidades

• Oversees centralized scheduling, pre-access and clerical staff.
• Manages day-to-day operations of the Scheduling department through KPIs.
• Leads change management programs and onboarding of new initiatives.
• Coordinates with physicians, staff and other departments to improve processes.
• Ensures privacy of patient information per HIPAA and delivers quality patient care.
• Maintains department records, QA/QC, and reporting functions.
