Job summary

Safe Place for Youth, Venice Access Center, CA, seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead and develop clinical programs for youth at risk of homelessness. The role includes direct therapy for transitional-age youth and supervising a multidisciplinary team, ensuring HIPAA-compliant practice, and reporting outcomes.

The candidate will oversee staff, manage budgets, and collaborate with leadership to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced, on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work and current valid licensure as an LCSW in California required
• 3+ years of direct clinical services experience with supervision
• Advanced knowledge of trauma-informed and harm reduction models

Responsibilities

• Oversee, grow and develop clinical programming aligned with SPY strategy
• Provide onsite supervision to clinical staff and interns
• Manage clinical internship program and team performance
• Ensure contract compliance and report grant outcomes
• Lead trauma-informed supervision and professional development
• Develop community partnerships for behavioral health services
