Job summary

Daikin invites motivated graduates to join Lakewood, NJ, for its Accelerated Management Program (AMP). This twelve-month, hands-on track focuses on Branch Operations and Outside Sales, with rotations in Counter Sales, Warehouse, and Inside/Showroom Sales, plus leadership development and pricing/inventory exposure.

You will work on-site, graduate between December 2026 and May 2027, and gain real responsibilities while building a path toward branch leadership in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Sales, Entrepreneurial Studies (or similar).
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA (overall and major).
• Must graduate December 2026 - May 2027.

Responsibilities

• Counter Sales: face-to-face with customers, learn products and systems.
• Warehouse: handling shipping and receiving of materials.
• Inside/Showroom Sales: develop daily sales skills and customer relations.
• Outside Sales Focus: drive business development, manage a territory.
