Qualifications

• Students majoring in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering, Land Survey or Structural Engineering or related programs with Civil emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to roadway designs, layout alignments and prepare typical sections.
• Create construction plan sets using MicroStation ORD CAD Program.
• Prepare design calculation documentation and develop construction cost estimates.
• Work on projects including Roundabouts, Urban and Rural Roads and large interstate improvements.
• Work is in the office with occasional site visits and other duties as assigned.

Rotational Program Overview

AEDP is a 3-year rotational program designed for entry level hires to explore up to three different design centers in their first three years with American Structurepoint.

Develop Well-Rounded Engineers

through rotations across our Road group and Indianapolis, Ohio, Florida/Texas

• Gain Exposure to Regional Projects and varying client needs
• Understand the Full Project Lifecycle from design to field implementation

Qualifications

Who you are:

• Students majoring in any of the following disciplines: Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering, Land Survey or Structural Engineering or other related programs with an emphasis on Civil Engineering
• Reliable transportation to and from office location
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn and try new things
• Graduating in December 2026 or May/June 2027
