American Structurepoint, Inc. invites you to join Accelerated Engineering Development Program, a 3-year rotational path for entry-level engineers to explore design centers in Indianapolis, Columbus, Round Rock and Tampa.

You will gain exposure to regional projects, support full project lifecycles, and collaborate across offices while preparing for leadership roles. Ideal candidates are graduating in Dec 2026 or May/June 2027, with strong work ethic and willingness to learn, and have reliable

• Students majoring in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering, Land Survey or Structural Engineering or related programs with Civil emphasis.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to roadway designs, layout alignments and prepare typical sections.
• Create construction plan sets using MicroStation ORD CAD Program.
• Prepare design calculation documentation and develop construction cost estimates.
• Work on projects including Roundabouts, Urban and Rural Roads and large interstate improvements.
• Work is in the office with occasional site visits and other duties as assigned.

Rotational Program Overview

AEDP is a 3-year rotational program designed for entry level hires to explore up to three different design centers in their first three years with American Structurepoint.

Develop Well-Rounded Engineers

through rotations across our Road group and Indianapolis, Ohio, Florida/Texas

• Gain Exposure to Regional Projects and varying client needs
• Understand the Full Project Lifecycle from design to field implementation

Qualifications

Who you are:

• Students majoring in any of the following disciplines: Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering, Land Survey or Structural Engineering or other related programs with an emphasis on Civil Engineering
• Reliable transportation to and from office location
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn and try new things
• Graduating in December 2026 or May/June 2027
