Copeland is launching Accelerate: Early Career Development Program in Supply Chain & Operations. The program offers rotating experiences across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and more, to build leadership and operational excellence.

Upcoming or recent graduates will develop through mentorship, structured development, and exposure to senior leadership in a global network. Starting in June 2027, the two-year program emphasizes real-world impact and career growth.

Qualifications

• Upcoming or recent graduates pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics, Operations Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
• Willingness to relocate every 6 months for rotations.
• Commitment to the two-year rotational program and eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through a variety of operations and supply chain assignments.
• Work on projects that improve efficiency, productivity, and outcomes across the business.
• Lead a capstone project with visibility to senior leadership.
• Engage with mentors, networks, and development experiences designed to accelerate growth.
