Job summary

Trimble Inc. is seeking a highly motivated graduate for the Rotational Development Program as an Operations and Supply Chain Specialist. You will gain broad exposure across manufacturing, logistics, and strategic supply chain management in a fast-paced, global environment.

Over four six-month rotations, you’ll work on purchasing, data management, new product introduction, and fulfillment optimization, with structured post-program placement support to help chart your long-term career path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, MIS, or Engineering.
• Minimum of one relevant internship or up to three years in operations or supply chain.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship and ability to start in Dayton, Ohio in July 2027.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and agility in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic purchasing and supply chain management by qualifying vendors, negotiating competitive pricing, and optimizing global procurement processes.
• Coordinate new product introductions from concept to production, managing forecasts, material movements, and engineering releases.
• Optimize fulfillment center operations and material flow through data-driven logistics management and advanced inventory forecasting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to maintain enterprise data warehouses and improve operational data integrity.
