Accelerate, Copeland's Early Career Rotational Development Program, is designed to give emerging engineers hands‑on experience, leadership exposure, and accelerated career growth.

As an Accelerate Engineering participant, you'll rotate through multiple engineering assignments, working alongside experts who are shaping the future of sustainable climate solutions. Through challenging projects, mentorship, and intentional development, you'll build the technical and leadership capabilities needed to launch a successful career at Copeland.

What We Are Looking For

Upcoming or recent graduates pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

  • Mechanical Engineering

  • Electrical Engineering

  • Manufacturing Engineering

  • Industrial Engineering

  • Engineering Technology

  • Systems Engineering

  • Other related engineering disciplines

Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred. Previous internship, co‑op, project, research, or leadership experience. Demonstrated problem‑solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Willingness to relocate every 6‑months for rotational assignments.

Ability to commit to the two‑year rotational program.

Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
