Job summary

Apex Tool Group invites high-potential graduates to join its Supply Chain & Operations Leadership Development Program. This two-year program starts in June 2027 and includes mentoring, training, and challenging assignments across multiple locations and functions.

Participants will rotate through four roles in at least two sites, beginning in Jonesboro, AR, to build a strong foundation in supply chain and operations while preparing for future leadership roles within ATG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related field.
• Must have 3.0 GPA at the time of graduation
• Ability to be mobile during the program
• Ability to work in person as required by program rotations
• Well‑rounded business acumen
• Previous leadership experience in an academic, athletic, or work setting
• Previous internship experience in a Supply Chain or role

Responsibilities

• Move through four roles in at least two locations during the two-year program.
• Gain hands-on experience in day-to-day supply chain and operations.
• Participate in mentorship, training, and stretch assignments to accelerate development.
