Job summary

Qnity, a global leader in materials and solutions for advanced electronics, invites early career professionals to join the LEAP Rotational Program. You will gain broad exposure across planning, procurement, logistics, operations, digital supply chain, and business transformation.

Participants work on projects to improve supply chain efficiency, optimize material flow, and use analytics and digital tools to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Analytics, Logistics, Procurement, or a related discipline at the time of employment.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Minimum of six months of relevant paid internship, co-op, or equivalent experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, engineering, operations management, analytics, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without current or future need for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotation across planning, procurement, logistics, operations, digital supply chain, and business transformation.
• Contribute to supply chain optimization, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple locations.
• Develop leadership, analytical, and project management skills through cross-functional collaboration.
