Qualifications

• 1+ years of coordination or operations experience in a sales enablement or training environment.
• Automotive lending or dealership operations exposure is a strong plus.
• Detail-oriented with data hygiene and CRM (Salesforce) experience preferred.
• Excellent time-management to handle multiple calendars and attendees.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable, proactive, and team-focused in a fast-growth setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training logistics and scheduling for onboarding and learning tracks.
• Maintain trainee records, progress, and LMS compliance.
• Gatekeeper for sales data integrity in CRM tools and reports.
• Manage training content, playbooks, and e-learning materials.
• Assist in delivering onboarding sessions and product training.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Credit/Underwriting and HR to align calendars.
