Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in contact center or sales environment preferred.
• Auditing, coaching and mentoring new representatives expected.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support new hires transitioning to on-the-job training within the Academy.
• Monitor live calls and provide instant feedback; conduct group training sessions.
• Provide performance reports to Academy Leadership and communicate progress to new hires.
