Job summary

Leadr Academy is seeking an experienced Coach to develop and deliver manager training programs. You will coach, equip, and empower leaders with practical skills that drive performance and engagement, facilitating live sessions and providing hands-on coaching for tangible outcomes.

You will work remotely with occasional onsite travel, collaborating with the Leadr Academy team to refine curriculum and ensure programs stay current with leadership trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leadership development, coaching, or management training.
• Thrives in high change environments.
• Independent management of clients, projects and tasks.
• Strong facilitation and participant engagement skills.
• Knowledge of people development best practices and building high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide practical, actionable insights that managers can implement.
• Experience with SaaS tools or leadership development platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate live, interactive training sessions for managers via virtual and onsite sessions.
• Coach managers on core leadership principles, people development, and performance management.
• Provide individual and group coaching, helping apply training to real-world challenges.
• Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback for growth.
• Collaborate with the Leadr Academy team to refine curriculum and improve training effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with leadership and management trends to enhance program content.
• Travel to be onsite with clients and with the Leadr team at minimum 2x per month.
