Job summary

The Academy Team Leader at Travel + Leisure Co. oversees coaching and onboarding for new hires transitioning to on-the-job training in the Academy.

The role includes conducting call calibrations, providing feedback, and leading group training sessions to ensure proficiency in product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service. You will monitor live calls, document interactions, and track performance statistics, reporting progress to Academy Leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year contact center or similar experience.
• Leadership knowledge and ability to coach others.
• Auditing, coaching and mentoring new representatives.

Responsibilities

• Coaching, Training & Development: monitor live calls and provide feedback; conduct group sessions and ensure agents stay updated on product knowledge and policies.
• Performance Management & Reporting: provide feedback and reports to Academy Leadership and track progress toward graduation.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: work with Academy Supervisor/Manager to identify improvements and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Additional Responsibilities: perform other duties as assigned by management.
