Job summary

Bank of America seeks an experienced professional to lead onboarding and core/upskill programs within the Learner Academy. You will drive proficiency through virtual and in-person sessions, practice pods, and coaching, partnering with leadership to develop employees and accelerate speed to proficiency across Consumer Retail and Servicing lines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding, core and upskill Academy programs (virtual or classroom).
• Identify gaps, develop action plans, coach participants to milestones.
• Manage program outreach, logistics, communications, calendars, and access to technology.
• Provide content feedback to improve curriculums and programs.
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies in new-to-role programs.
• Conduct post-program checkpoints to gauge understanding and speed to proficiency.
• Participate in leadership routines and initiatives, sharing updates with stakeholders.
