Walmart Academy is hiring an Academy Coach in Grand Island, NE to deliver world-class training and develop talent across Walmart facilities. The role emphasizes instructor-led, virtual, and immersive learning using Academy Connect and VR to drive operational excellence and associate readiness.

Expect a schedule Mon-Fri 7am-5pm with flexibility for early mornings or overnights. On-site role focused on building a culture of learning and belonging with strong leadership collaboration.

Formación

• Successful completion of Walmart Academy and related trainings as required.
• Experience leading change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop associates and leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences that build associate capability and drive operational excellence across the business.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and immersive learning experiences through Academy Connect, VR, and other training modalities.
• Conduct classes per Academy schedules and support virtual instruction, overnight training, and end-of-day programs across locations.
• Partner with facility leaders to identify development opportunities and strengthen talent pipelines.
• Coach, mentor, and develop associates and leaders through feedback and growth opportunities.
• Support adoption of operational changes and business transformations through training and coaching.
• Visit facilities to ensure learning translates into operational performance and report findings.
• Build relationships with associates, leadership, and Academy teams to align learning with goals.
• Participate in teach-backs, co-facilitation, reviews, and audits to improve learning effectiveness.
