Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and four years' relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and maintain academic technology applications and platforms, including the College’s LMS (Brightspace) and Digication.
• Provide technical consultation and support to faculty and staff on effective use and integration of academic technology.
• Coordinate implementation, configuration, testing, and ongoing support of academic technology applications and system integrations.
• Develop and deliver training, workshops, demonstrations, documentation, and other resources to promote effective use of academic technology.
• Collaborate with faculty, academic departments, IT, CUNY, and vendors to resolve issues and support technology initiatives.
• Support integration and effective use of instructional technologies, including virtual classroom, multimedia, lecture capture, assessment, and digital learning tools.
• Monitor application performance, updates, and vendor releases; identify issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Assist with accessibility initiatives by reviewing digital content for ADA, Section 504, 508, WCAG compliance.
• Support technology-related projects, upgrades, migrations, and process improvements.
• EvaluateEmerging technologies including AI-enabled teaching tools and advise faculty on ethical use.
