Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining student course/program schedules for the campus.
• Verifying student transcripts and admissions documentation.
• Maintaining accurate paper and electronic student files and official documentation.
• Creating course sections in the student database using local campus program wheel.
• Creating and maintaining student schedules using local campus and online campus program wheel; monitors audit sheets for updates.
• Working independently to pull start date reports, identify new enrollments for scheduling, fulfill scheduling requests by students.
• Re-schedule current students who require changes due to failed courses, interruptions of studies, change of program or status.
• Pulling grade reports and other status reports to identify continuing students needing re-scheduling.
• Entering into student records placement scores, transfer credits, and other data driving scheduling decisions.
• Sharing general office duties including answering telephone, email and in-person inquiries, filing, etc.
• Back-up support to Registrar by cross-training on essential duties.
• Processing enrollment verification, transcripts, graduation audits, and transcript requests.
• Assist in new student orientation and pre-registration for continuing students.
• Maintain and track all student files to ensure proper documentation and signatures.
