Job summary

You will oversee scheduling data across departments and campuses, ensuring accuracy in enrollment figures and timely updates to systems and reports. Strong communication and project management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Earned Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution required.
• 1 year of administrative and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and maintain the schedule of classes each term for online and ground campuses.
• Consult with Deans, Academic Advisors and Registrars regarding courses and scheduling.
• Manage registration and monitor enrollments, altering sections as needed.
• Monitor scheduling systems and communicate changes to campus teams.
• Prepare reports for each campus and update leadership on scheduling progress.
• Maintain currency with SIS, LMS, scheduling software, and related applications.
