Everglades University seeks an Academic Scheduler to publish and maintain class schedules for online and campus locations. You will work closely with the Registrar, Academic Advisors, Deans, and Vice President of Academic Affairs to ensure schedules meet student needs.

The role requires proficiency with scheduling software, the university SIS and LMS, and strong Excel skills. Excellent communication and project management abilities are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Earned Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution required.
• 1 year of administrative and/or customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Publish and maintain the academic schedule for online and ground campuses.
• Collaborate with Registrars, Deans, and Academic Affairs to meet curricular needs.
• Monitor enrollments and adjust sections as needed.
• Provide reports on scheduling, software issues, and process gaps.
• Train campus staff on scheduling procedures and credentialing.
