Moraine Valley Community College is seeking a Records Analyst to support enrollment services. You will perform audits of academic records, evaluate transfer credits, coordinate graduation-related activities, and maintain accuracy of student data in Colleague.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work with students and staff. An associate degree and Colleague experience are preferred; weekday hours with some evening walk-ins may apply.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree required; 3–12 months in detail-oriented work.
• Experience with Ellucian Colleague preferred.

Mansioni

• Monitor and file documents and prepare data for reports.
• Process transcript requests and evaluate transfer credits.
• Prepare letters for graduation deadlines and verify attendance.
• Evaluate incoming transfer credits and prepare evaluation letters.
• Perform graduation audits for petitioners and auto-award students.
• Inform students and staff about graduation requirements and evaluations.
• Coordinate waivers and substitution letters with program coordinators.
• Process and rank special admission applications.
• Coordinate special projects and process high school transcripts.
