Responsibilities

• Coordinate University Writing Program, Undergraduate Program, and English for International Students for ~5800 students/semester.
• Manage in-house scheduling database, generate reports, track enrollments, and support long-term planning.
• Serve as Technical Support Leader for department IT, coordinate with ITS, manage equipment and software needs.
