Job summary

Louisiana State University is seeking a Coordinator in the Curricula & Course Management Division to coordinate course section builds and manage accommodations, with responsibilities spanning 25Live and Workday Student usage.

The role requires extensive knowledge of university policies and procedures, along with the ability to respond to curricular scheduling questions and assist with planning course offerings each semester.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; degree preferred but not strictly required if experience matches responsibilities.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software environments as introduced.

Responsibilities

• Schedule 200+ classrooms for various events and ensure campus-use agreements are completed.
• Assign and optimize room assignments for faculty with back-to-back classes.
• Publish and maintain course-building guidelines and support Workday Student/25Live usage.
• Train campus community on Workday Student and room scheduling software; communicate changes.
• Assist with Workday Student implementation projects and reports for faculty data and degree requirements.
• Supervise and train student assistants and manage their schedules and time sheets.
