Responsibilities

• Academic Support: coordinates three programs with thousands of students per semester, collaborates with directors on scheduling and interfaces with Registrar's Office and LSU Online.
• Academic Scheduling: maintains in-house database, analyzes enrollment and scheduling data, supports long-term planning and cross-program integration.
• Technology: serves as departmental IT lead, troubleshoots network/software/hardware, coordinates with ITS, supports multiple software systems and classroom tech.
