Job summary

• Bachelor's degree with 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with newsletter publication, Facebook, email listservs and maintaining webpages.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Chair.
• Oversee 140+ CEE Graduate Programs applications and inquiries.
• Oversee 110 graduate student placements on assistantships, fellowships, grants and scholarships.
• Coordinate events: Hall of Distinction Banquet, External Advisory Board, Annual Faculty Retreat.
• Publish two issues of the CEE Departmental newsletter annually and manage mailing lists.
• Maintain department website, Facebook, COE email listservs.
• Assist in recruitment and Graduate Student Research Conference.
• Collect and compile information for Strategic Planning, SACS, ABET accreditation.
• Serve as liaison with International Services, Graduate School, Payroll, and other offices.
• Back up other staff as needed; perform other duties.
