Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration or related field with at least two years in program administration.
• Ability to work independently and within teams.
• Strategic planning and strong organizational skills.
• Experience in event planning and implementation.
• Strong time management and attention to detail; able to multi-task.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; discretion with confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data/reporting tools.
• Ability to manage and maintain web and social media content.
• Commitment to inclusivity and working with diverse populations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain confidential documentation for academic and field (internship) planning.
• Advise the Dean, Administrative and Program Directors, Program Chairs on policy compliance and scheduling priorities.
• Lead and staff academic and field program events.
• Manage the practicum student database (PRISM) and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop and implement strategic communications for SSWCJ programs; create content and manage updates across channels.
• Schedule quarterly teaching timetable; liaise with the UWT Registrar to update Time Schedule and classroom needs.
• Maintain curriculum with faculty and update schedules; collaborate with curriculum and registration offices to implement changes.
• Provide prospective students program information and application requirements; serve as contact for students, faculty, staff and community constituents.
• Collaborate with Admissions to manage student records and monitor enrollment data to meet goals.
